The Metropolitan Urban Development Plan of Lima and Callao (PLAM), is the way that the town hall of Lima plans the growth of the city. This vision 2035 will guide the efforts made different metropolitan efforts, district mayors, businessmen, neighbors and society as a whole, to channel Lima and Callao to a more competitive future, with better services and facilities for the city .
